For a lot of the weddings we work, an open bar was never on the table. That usually means the non-alcoholic option is an afterthought — a punch bowl, a stack of soda cans, a Shirley Temple if the venue is feeling generous. Abu Sauce exists because that gap is fixable.
We bring a real bar: the lit Abu Sauce cart, a mixologist behind it, ice, glassware and a full menu of signature mocktails and mojitos built on our own halal gourmet syrups. Guests queue for it the way they'd queue for a bar, because it looks and tastes like one.
You pick the drinks with us before the day. We've printed calligraphy toppers for walima receptions, matched a menu to a color palette, renamed drinks after the couple, and put personalized labels on every cup. It's the small stuff people remember.

How booking works
Fill out a short form, we send a quote back, and nothing is owed until you decide to book.

Fill out the short form: date, city, rough guest count and what kind of event it is. It takes about 30 seconds.

We send your quote and build the menu
Pricing is based on guest count, serving time and travel. Once you're booked we work through the drink menu, serving window and labels with you.
- Step 3
We show up and pour
We arrive 30 to 60 minutes early, set up the bar or work your venue's own, and serve your guests for the whole window.

FAQ
Common questions
Can you match the drinks to our wedding colors?
Yes, and we like doing it. We'll build the menu with you before the day — drink names, colors, garnishes, printed menu and labels. Send us your invitation or your palette on the quote form and we'll work from it.
Do you do walima receptions and nikah celebrations?
Constantly. They're a big share of what we do in both Chicagoland and DFW. Everything we serve is halal and alcohol-free — we've never served alcohol at a single event since we launched in 2022.
How many guests can you serve?
We've run 250-guest receptions without a line building. Tell us the guest count and the serving window on the form and we'll staff the cart to match — that's part of what the quote is calculating.
Our venue needs a certificate of insurance. Can you provide one?
Yes. We're fully licensed and insured, and we'll issue a COI made out to your venue. Just tell us who to name.
